From very steep slopes in the Southwest of France, Aveyron to be precise, this is carbonic Fer Servadou, AKA Braucol. It's a light but complex and rewarding wine. Aged in old barriques for 1 year after fermentation. Wild herb garrique, silky strawberry feel. Pairs well with gamey meats and earthy foods.
